Gymnastic Pole and Fitness Pilates
These classes are two lessons in one, the first half is spent learning Gymnastic moves on the pole, which help improve Strength, Co-ordination and Flexibility.
The second half is Fitness Pilates. In this we work on relaxation and strengthening the core muscles in our stomach and lower back (normally forgotten in regular exercise).
The main focus in all Purity classes is to have fun whilst getting a good work out.
Classes are 1 hour with a maximum of 10 students in each class.
- You need to book the first classes in a block of four for £20
- Additional classes thereafter are £5 for each class
Advance booking is required as classes are never over booked
